Each slipper can be individually personalised, which means you could, for example, add a name to one and a photo to the other. Creating your personalised slippers is easy! Simply select the design in our editor and add the photo, name, text and/or logo of your choice. We will then create your slippers with great care and attention, picture-perfect and in full colour.

Information about this gift

Can I add multiple photos to a single slipper?

Unfortunately, you can only place one photo per slipper, but you can personalise both slippers separately with a different photo or design.

Can I put different personalisations on each of the two slippers?

Yes. You can customise both slippers directly in the online editor, modifying each slipper separately to add your preferred personalisation to each one.

Can different text or designs be added to each pair of slippers?

Yes, that is possible. You can provide the text or design you want for each pair of slippers.

Can the colour of the slippers be changed in the editor?

No, the colour of the slippers cannot be changed directly in the editor. You must select the desired colour on the gift page before personalising.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, please contact our customer service team and include your photo along with the gift you are interested in ordering. They can then check the quality for you!

What formats can I upload?

You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!

Can I add multiple photos to my gift?

Yes. You can do that by choosing a collage design in our editor and upload your photos.

Can I add a text and a photo together on my gift?

Yes, you can add text boxes on top of your photo, so you can combine both a personal message and your favourite picture on the same gift.

Can I add my own logo on the gift?

Yes, you can upload your own logo in JPG or PNG format, just as you would with an image.

Can I print a working QR code on the gift?

Yes, you can upload a QR code in JPG or PNG format.

What is personalising and how does this work on the website?
You can start making your gift by clicking the ‘start personalising’ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.

The price shown on the website includes the personalisation of your gift. Nice and clear!

Is my gift wrapped?
Currently, we do not have a gift-wrapping service to wrap your present. We do deliver our gifts in a festive packaging. This means that your gift is ready to be given or that it can be sent to the recipient directly.

Is the invoice sent along with the order?
No invoice is not sent with your order. You will always receive the invoice in the confirmation email and you can always find it in your MySurprise account. This means you can have the gift delivered directly to the recipient, making it a true surprise!
