This is a lovely gift idea and I've used it twice. The colours of the picture were not as clear in the puzzle. And whilst the packaging/box is good quality, I wanted it to be more like a puzzle box with the photo printed on the box lid with the number of pieces showing. But I really like this idea and the people I gave them to were very pleased.

I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

J'ai mit un choix car il le fallait sinon je n'ai rien à redire la commande sur le site très simple, les produit son de bonne qualité, prix abordable, livraison super rapide reçu le lendemain de ma commande, service client très bonne communication et pas mal de choix. Donc je dirais que tout état parfait.

Ik had eerst niet een goede bestelling gedaan, omdat me niet helemaal duidelijk was hoe je de eigen tekst moest invullen. Bij het opnieuw bestellen en goed kijken, lukte het wel. Misschien kan dat nog prominenter in de bestelling.
Verder heel tevreden over kwaliteit, snelheid van bezorgen en verpakking.
