This is a lovely gift idea and I've used it twice. The colours of the picture were not as clear in the puzzle. And whilst the packaging/box is good quality, I wanted it to be more like a puzzle box with the photo printed on the box lid with the number of pieces showing. But I really like this idea and the people I gave them to were very pleased.

I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

Het glas was kapot geklapt door de levering met DHL (ondanks de goede verpakking) maar binnen één minuut had ik telefonisch al een nieuwe bestel bevestiging te pakken. Wat een service! Hier kunnen vele bedrijven nog van leren.
