Need inspiration for a quick, easy treat? Nothing is as nice as something that looks great, is super delicious, but that you can have on the table (or at school/work) within 15 minutes, in other words: festive Oreo Pops! Let's get into it:

What do you need? (for approx. 12 pieces)

1 pack of Oreos (or other sandwich cookies)
150g melting chocolate (white, milk, or dark)
Cheerful sprinkles (e.g., hearts, stars, or colors)
Lollipop sticks or sturdy wooden skewers

Here's how to make it:

Melt half of the chocolate au bain-marie or briefly in the microwave (stir every 20 seconds).
Carefully twist open an Oreo. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place it on the filling of the cookie. Press the top of the Oreo back on. The chocolate acts as 'glue' so the cookie doesn't fall off the stick!
Put them in the fridge for 5 minutes until the stick is fixed.
Melt the rest of the chocolate. Dip the Oreo pops completely (or halfway) into the chocolate.
Immediately sprinkle the cheerful sprinkles over them before the chocolate hardens.
Stand them upright in a glass or stick them in a block of styrofoam/muffin liners and let them harden for 10 minutes in the fridge. Done!
