Unfortunately the box was damaged but to your credit, as soon as it was reported you arranged for a replacement to be sent. Otherwise the product is lovely

Daughter was adamant that she wanted a personal gift for her year-6 teacher. Product arrived quickly & looked exactly as expected - great feature of website that you can see how your engraving is going to look & try out different fonts & borders etc before deciding on your final design. Would have preferred to have “Thank you ...” rather than “Thanks ...” but even though teacher’s name was a short one, we ran out of letters! Very happy with our present, though, & sure teacher was too!
