Can I change the base colour of the coloured mug after starting in the editor?

No. Once you have started in the editor, you cannot change the base colour of the mug itself. To choose a different colour such as red, blue, or black, you must return to the gift page and select your desired colour variant before starting the editor.

How many photos can I add to the coloured mug?

The coloured mug allows you to have different photos on it. You can choose a collage options in the editor and upload more photos.

What are the available colour options for the coloured mug?

For the coloured mug, you can choose between several colours for the inside and the handle: blue, orange, red, green, yellow, pink, and black. The outside remains white.

Can I add more than one photo to the mug?

Yes, you can do that with a collage: choose a design with collage layout options in the editor, then upload multiple photos into the template slots. Upload PNG files where possible for the sharpest print.

Can text be added outside the designated area on the mug?

No. Text can only be added within the specified design area on the mug.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, please contact our customer service team and include your photo along with the gift you are interested in ordering. They can then check the quality for you!

What formats can I upload?

You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!

Can I add a text and a photo together on my mug?

Yes, you can add text boxes on top of your photo, so you can combine both a personal message and your favourite picture on the same gift.

Can I add my own logo on the mug?

Yes, you can upload your own logo in JPG or PNG format, just as you would with an image.

Can the inside or the handle of the mug be printed?

No. Only the outside of the white mug can be printed, almost all the way around except for a small section near the handle.

Can I change the colour of the mug and handle?

No. The mug and the handle colour cannot be changed. If you want a mug in another colour, you need to choose a different model on the product page.
