So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Er was een foutje gemaakt bij de productie. Dat is wel heel goed opgelost. Maar daardoor kwam het kado wel wat later aan. Ik begrijp wel dat het niet sneller opgelost kon worden. En ik had gelukkig nog wat ruimte met de tijd. Maar als je nog last minute wat zou bestellen zou het te laat zijn geweest.
Het product is erg mooi geworden. Daarom ook een 9

Door een fout van de DHL had ik niet op tijd mijn cadeau. Contact met Your Surprise opgenomen, super goed geholpen. Omdat ik inmiddels weg was voor een feestweek omdat mijn ouders 50 jarig getrouwd waren en ik dus mijn cadeau mistte hebben ze het opnieuw gemaakt en naar het hotel gestuurd. Super service en prachtige glazen!

Produit qualitatif, tres rapide (2 jours entre la commande et sa reception), le resultat est canon. J'ai commandé une paire de to g puis une grande serviette de bain.
Pourquoi pas 10 : j ai passé 2 commandes a 1.5jour d'intervalle. J'ai decouvert la belle surprise avec un bon cadeau dans le colis. Sauf que la 2nde commande etait deja passée, je n'ai ainsi pas pu l'utiliser 😊 le petit plus serait ainsi d'avoir directement les bons chargés sur le compte client, et vous serez parfait !! Encore merci en tout cas pour votre travail
