The product itself was too small as a medium size for a male.

But the fact you had resolved it so quickly withint 24 hours i had a replacement shipped and your customer service postioning gained you the 10. I work in the industry and i really enjoyed the line "Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this issue" shows the right mindset and was gery effective.
