I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Malgré une livraison incomplète la société à de suite réagi et à fait expédier le complément qui hélas est arrivée tardivement donc j'ai du trouver une alternative par moi même et je leurs en ai faite .C est une société très à l'écoute et très réactive et à décidé de me rembourser
A la prochaine occasion festive je referais appel à eux malgré tout

Vielleicht eine kleine Anmerkung. Das man in dem wärmeren Monaten automatisch Eispads hinzufügt, ohne sie extra anzugeben. Das vergißt man als Kunde manchmal schnell zu tun. Ansonsten bin ich vollkommen zufrieden mit der Bestellung und dem freundlichen Kundenservice.
