I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

So happy with purchase, the price was right , ordering was so easy and as personalised jigsaw so easy for a technophobe like me. The actual jigsaw is great quality and beautifully boxed, so when I buy my next one as a present I know it will look beautiful. For me it was such a fantastic purchase and experience with company I can think of nothing you could do better. Plus you use Royal Mail so the buyer is not at the mercy of one of the appalling delivery companies that businesses use for cheapness.Keep up the good work.

Leider waren auf dem Koffer Kratzer und die Folie ließ sich nicht entfernen. Da ich aber erst ganz zeitnah vor dem Geburtstag meines Mannes die Bestellung aufgegeben habe, war eine Nachlieferung zeitlich nicht mehr möglich. Dies hatte der Kundenservice schnell angeboten. Ich habe bereits vorher schon mal etwas bestellt und die Decke ist letztes Jahr unheimlich gut bei meiner Freundin angekommen. Auf ihr Angebot bin ich durch eine weitere Freundin gekommen, die ebenfalls mit ihrem Produkt sehr zufrieden war. Ihr Kundenservice war wirklich gut erreichbar, schnell und lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank dafür.

Awesome all round!
When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!
