Hoi, mijn cadeau was beschadigd bij levering. Dit is helemaal top opgepakt en ik kreeg meteen een nieuw cadeau/foto opgestuurd.

Mijn feedback is dat het cadeau is beschadigd door de manier van inpakken. De houder van mijn foto lag dwars over de (onbeschermde) foto heen en daardoor is de foto gaan scheuren doordat er kracht op is gekomen. Ik denk namelijk dat wanneer de foto ingepakt was met (bubbeltjes) folie oid dit niet was gebeurd.

Nogmaals top service.

Tout est très beau , peut être rajouter la pelle et le couteau gravé pour le découpage du gâteau et aussi les petites fourchettes ou petites cuillères,mais à part cela tout est bien

Der erste Topf war kaputt, aber das Kundenservice sehr freundlich und gleich einen neuen geliefert.
Vielleicht könnte man beim einpacken noch etwas Zeitungspapier zum verpacken verwenden.
