Amazing customer service. I made a few errors when placing photos for a customised jigsaw. Unfortunately the jigsaw had been made and dispatched when Customer Services opened on the Monday morning. The lady looked at my order, saw the problem and rectified it before dispatching a new jigsaw: all for the price of the postage. The jigsaw still arrived on time for my husband's birthday on the Friday. The colour is good and the pieces are good quality and a nice thickness. I would definitely recommend this company.
