Taste
The wine has the distinct Sauvignon colour and a lovely smell of minerals and citrus, like grapefruit and orange.
The vineyards are settled in Saint Laurant l’Abbeye. These vineyards have a specific ground structure of limestone with an underlayment of clay. The grapes are grown traditionally and harvested with great respect for nature and the environment.

A flavoursome suggestion
Very good with different kinds of fish, like salmon and trout, or with lobster and other types of sea food. Also an excellent aperitif, accompanying a fresh salad or toast.

Beautiful, brilliant colour, powerful concentrated fruit of cassis, blackcurrant and light herbs. A broad palette with a hint of vanilla. A perfect melange of taste and smell! Ripened during 18 months in new wine barrels made out of oak wood.
The wine comes from a ‘big’ family wine house with a history going back for more than 125 years! The current generation surprises with beautiful wines. The castle lies in the heart of the Saint Emilion Grand Cru region, resulting in generations of full bodied wines.
