About the champagne
Piper Heidsieck is a champagne house from the French champagne region, founded in Reims by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in 1785. The Heidsieck name was combined with the Piper name in 1839. The Piper Heidsieck champagne house works closely together with nearly 200 vineyards, spread across the champagne region. Winemaker of the year Régis Camus and his team refer to a set of “house criteria” that have been developed over time, seasoned with their own experiences.
